Recently the development of the One Night Stand screenplays for Bowy is inside, Celine, Out and The lucky ones has started. Of the four films, KeyFilm will ultimately produce two.

Bowy is inside tells the story of four friends visiting an outdoor festival. While standing in line mass panic breaks out. The relationships between the friends decides their behaviour during the disaster. One of them is killed, the remaining friends are seen as hero, victim and villain respectively. But aren't the victims also guilty? And isn't the villain not at the same time a victim?

In Celine we meet recent divorcee Ben who has worked for almost thirty years as an engineer in Dubai. After his divorce he decides to return to the Netherlands and settle in the village he grew up in. Soon, he meets his childhood sweetheart Eva and realises he has made a mistake choosing his career over love. When his seventeen-year-old son Jonathan falls in love with Eva's daughter Celine, Ben tries to prevent him from making the same mistake.

Out shows how Thomas becomes obsessed with his fear of losing his girlfriend Emma when she confesses to cheating on him once. His inability to meet her head on takes him to a place so dark and removed from reality that Emma can´t breathe and he inadvertently suffocates their relationship.

The lucky ones tells the story of small town Broekmeer being hit by a disaster in 2002. The bus with a junior football team crashes through the guardrail in the Italian Alps. One of the boys doesn't survive. It remains uncertain who exactly. Back in Holland, the parents have gathered at the football club. One of them will receive terrible news, the remaining thirteen will be spared.

One Night Stand is a collective initiative of Dutch broadcasters NTR, VARA and VPRO, the Dutch Cultural Media Fund, the Netherlands Film Fund and the CoBO fund. One Night Stand offers yearly opportunities to new filmmakers to make a 50-minute film and develop their talents. The films will premier at the Netherlands Film Festival 2012 in Utrecht and be broadcast in the fall of 2012 by NTR, VARA and VPRO.
